1. How was the process of creating the Gmail account and setting up the Blog?
The process was very simple. It did not take a lot of effort into creating a new Gmail account. The process of setting up the blog was not too difficult. I had trouble trying to find an address name for the blog.
2. What do you expect to learn in this course?
I expect to learn how to properly use the blog website. I also expect to learn how to properly analyze different type of artwork and learn what influenced the artist to create this artwork.
3. How do you feel about taking an online class?
I am comfortable taking an online class because I had taken other online classes before. In my other online classes, I had received the letter grade of an A. Honestly, I have a bittersweet emotion about this class because I am not really too fond of art.
4. What three things in the Growth Mindset video do you believe apply to you?
One of the things that I thought applied to me was "working hard helped me grow and helped me improve". I specifically thought this quote applied to me because if you do not work hard you would not receive the grade you truly desire. Another thing that I thought applied was "Sacrifices I am making now will pay off in the future". This also applies to me because in order to achieve something you have to make a sacrifice. Lastly, work hard and don't give up, even if there is a minor setback according to the second video. This is one thing that definitely applied to me because I always believed in working hard and continue pushing through minor setbacks that I faced.
